We are **hiring and training math coaches** interested in coaching to improve mathematics instruction. We are hiring for two different coaching models but have one application for both projects.

- Coaches will participate in a virtual training this summer/fall (exact dates and times TBD, beginning in late August or early September), which will include a combination of synchronous and asynchronous work.
- Coaches must be able to commit to working with at least 4 individual teachers, meeting with each teacher 5-6 times.
- Coaches will be paid $33 per hour.
- We expect each coach to work approximately 40-50 hours on this project during the school year.
- The work entails preparing for and executing teacher coaching sessions as well as ongoing coach training and support.

- Coaches will participate in a virtual training in July, which will include a combination of synchronous and asynchronous work.
- Coaches must be able to commit to working with at least 3-4 individual teachers, meeting with each teacher for an introductory meeting as well as 10 coaching cycles.
- Coaches will be paid $33 per hour.
- We expect each coach to work approximately 100-150 hours on this project during the school year.
- The work entails preparing for and executing teacher coaching sessions as well as ongoing coach training and support.

#### Who should apply:

- Educators with expertise in math content
- Current or former math coaches/teachers
- Math educators with experience working with high quality instructional materials
